Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 - 10 business days of purchase. This is an estimated time and is subjected to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Depending on COVID, the shipment may arrive earlier or later than the estimated dates. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been sent (be sure to check your spam or junk mail if you do not receive the confirmation email to your inbox). If you receive notification that your order has been delivered but you have not yet received it, please send us an email to support@hooru.com.co.

Please note that if your order was delivered and was stolen after delivery, we do not assure a refund or store credit. When putting your shipping address, confirm that it is the right address, if we are unable to authenticate your shipping address, your order may be canceled, and you will be refunded. You will receive a refund minus shipping expenses if your shipment is returned to sender (us) for any reason. Any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes are not our responsibility.

If your order was delivered but is showing irregular tracking updates (i.e., only the label was created), please email us at support@hooru.com.co with your order number so that we can help you re-process it. Please contact us right away at support@hooru.com.co in the rare occasion that you get an incorrect or incomplete order. Include your order number as well as a photo of everything you received, including the packing slip, inside your order package.
