Q: How many packing sizes are available?
A: Two packings are available. A small with 70 diapers and a medium with 150 diapers.
Q: Is it safe for newborns or sensitive skin too?
Yes, it is recommended to use on newborns or those with sensitive skin, not only does it have a silk-soft texture but also it is made of hypoallergenic and antibacterial ingredients.
Q: Is the Hooru wipes alcohol-free too?
Yes, Hooru wet wipes are alcohol-free. Moreover, the wipes are free from parabens, phenol, fragrances, and dyes.

Q: Does Bamboo help with diaper odor?
Yes, although our products are fragrance-free, the bamboo is a natural deodorizer.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed you cannot cancel it.
Q: Can I return my order?
No returns are accepted as all sales are final.
Q: Can I exchange my product?
No, you cannot exchange your product once the sale is made; no returns or exchange is provided.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped out you will receive your tracking number and you can track your order from there.

Q: WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS?
Please email support@hooru.com.co if you gave the wrong address as soon as possible, If your order has not yet shipped out, we will be happy to help you. If your order is shipped before your address has been updated, it is your responsibility (as the customer) to contact UPS to amend your shipping address and/or reroute the order package if necessary.

Hey Mommy! Do you fear the wet diaper will cause your baby cold and restlessness? Say goodbye to midnight diaper change. Our products are made with pure Bamboo fiber and are 100% chlorine-free pulp which makes the diaper extremely soft and snuggle like on the baby’s skin, lightweight, and breathable. The absorption rate is up to 43.96 OZ (1300 ML) And that is not it! It prevents bacteria from growing, as bamboo has an antibacterial effect. We carefully and responsibly pick out our natural raw materials from China and Japan as they are known to have the world's largest Bamboo forest and restriction laws when harvesting bamboo. We use the best S.A.P in the market to ensure maximum absorption and good moisture-retaining ability. Our diapers are ;
Soft and breathable.
Why should it be breathable? The inability to absorb extra flow and moist fiber makes most of the diapers block the airflow. This leads to many skin issues including rashes, itching, or eczema in adverse cases. But not with Hooru! It keeps the air flowing and helps avoid rashes and itching altogether.
Maximum Elasticity for a better fit.
The waistband is designed wide and made with Velcro tape to avoid cuts and irritation . Your baby is going to experience the care Hooru took while manufacturing it.
When it comes to our wet wipes, we put our care and love while picking out the raw materials to ensure that they are safe for sensitive skin. Fragrance-free and chemical-free. The wet wipes ingredients are Polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride – 0.10%, Benzalkonium Chloride, Ethylhexylglycerin, Dipropylene Glycol, Citric Acid, Purified Water 100% and 100% bamboo.
Q: What sizes are available and how do I know the right size to order?
A: Hooru offers all sizes of diapers. Newborn, small, medium, large, and extra-large sizes are available in both packings.
